Zenith Market AI ("we") provides educational market analysis at zenith-market-ai.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account email, optional display name, and hashed password (via our auth provider).
• Watchlist and portfolio holdings you choose to save.
• Email addresses submitted for weekly notes.
• Payment identifiers if you subscribe (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Standard server logs and anonymized product analytics (Vercel Analytics).

How we use it

To run the product, send the emails you asked for, bill Premium, and fix bugs. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your holdings to trade against you.

Market data

Quotes and company data come from third parties (including Finnhub and Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed. Those providers have their own terms.

Retention and deletion

You can request account deletion at info@zenith-market-ai.com. We keep records needed for legal, tax, or fraud reasons.
